From a parent at a wrestling meet
I took my first-grader and my two nieces to a wrestling meet, and outside the gymnasium there was a You Matter table. The kids asked about it. On the drive home, we ended up having a conversation about mental health and suicide prevention that I never would have thought to start. They're young — but those seeds are planted now. Thank you for what you do.

Every week, we hear from families who lost someone they loved to suicide — and who held our postcard or care package in their hands and felt, for a moment, less alone. We can't share their stories without permission, but we can share that they are happening, every single day, because of you.
