A story we love
I took my first-grader and my two nieces to a wrestling meet, and outside the gymnasium there was a You Matter table. The kids asked about it. On the drive home, we ended up having a conversation about mental health and suicide prevention that I never would have thought to start. They're young — but those seeds are planted now.
